NEW USE OF HISTONE DEACETYLASE INHIBITORS IN CHANGING MRJP3 PROTEIN IN ROYAL JELLY

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for producing bee larva and queen bee is provided to enhance the growth of bee larva and queen bee by feeding a mixture containing histone deaceylase inhibitor(HDACi) to a worker bee. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bee larva and queen bee comprises: a step of feeding HDAC inhibitor or mixture of HDAC inhibitor to a worker bee; a step of feeding royal jelly secreted from the worker bees to a bee larva; and a step of providing royal jelly generated from a young worker bee in which a HDAC inhibitor is not fed to a larva of a control group. The HDAC inhibitor is selected from the group consisting of a compound, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, enatiomer, prodrug, solvate, SAHA, propolis and propolin.
