PURPOSE: A solar cell polyester film inspection apparatus and an inspection method thereof are provided to enhance the quality and productivity by reducing defective rate by modifying the parameter on the inspection setting or controlling the inspection frequency. CONSTITUTION: A polyester film for the solar battery is moved to an inspection position. The image of the film is obtained by using the light and a camera(1). The image of the obtained film is inspected in order to determine whether the image is normal or not. The defect output signal is sent to allow a user to recognize the defect.
