CONVEYING APPARATUS FOR UNLOADING OF EARTH AND SAND USING FIXED AND MOVABLE CONVEYORS

PURPOSE: A conveying apparatus for unloading of earth and sand is provided to prevent the loss of earth and sand during unloading and transport.;CONSTITUTION: A conveying apparatus for unloading of earth and sand comprises a loading space(114), a fixed conveyor(120), a movable conveyor(130), a first hopper, an opening/closing unit(160), a jib tower, a wire, and a driving unit. The loading space is arranged lengthwise in an unloading barge(110). The fixed conveyor is located under the loading space and extended in the longitudinal direction so that the leading end protrudes upward through the deck. The movable conveyor is installed with the back end located under the leading end of the fixed conveyor. The first hopper is to deliver earth and sand on the fixed conveyor to the movable conveyor. The opening/closing unit controls the amount of earth and sand discharged from the first hopper. The jib tower is installed behind the movable conveyor. The wire is wound around a winch after a pulley coupled to the top of the jib tower. The driving unit loosens or tightens the wire and rotates the movable conveyor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
