pDME1 PROMOTER WHICH IS EXPRESSED IN A MERISTEM OF LEAVES AND ROOTS OF ORYZA SATIVA AND A METHOD FOR PREPARING TRANSFORMANT USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A pDME1 promoter which is expressed in a meristem of leaves and roots from Oryza sativa is provided to develop species which grows well.;CONSTITUTION: A pDME1 promoter which is specifically expressed in a meristem of leaf end and roots of Oryza sativa contains a base sequence of sequence number 1. A vector comprises the pDME1 promoter and operatively linked foreign gene. A transgenic plant is obtained by transforming by the vector. A method for preparing the transformant comprises: a step of preparing the vector; a step of introducing the vector to Oryza sativa; and a step of selecting transgenic Oryza sativa which is specifically expressed in the meristem of leaf end and roots.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
