PURPOSE: A producing method of wood grown ginseng granular tea is provided to offer the original effect of wood grown ginseng by separately cooking main roots and rootlets of the wood grown ginseng.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of wood grown ginseng granular tea comprises the following steps: separating main roots and rootlets of wood grown ginseng, and cooking the main roots and rootlets at 90~110deg C for 10~20minutes; steam-drying the main roots and rootlets at 60~70deg C, for 10~15hours; crushing the dried main roots and rootlets; mixing crushed wood grown ginseng, a wood grown ginseng extract, and glucose or lactose; and molding the mixture into granules, and drying at 50~60deg C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
