PURPOSE: A real-time foot motion estimation system and a method thereof by using a Kalman filter are provided to accurately presume the foot of a user and allow a user to choose shoes by wearing virtual shoes on online. CONSTITUTION: A system defines a relation between a virtual coordinate system and a real coordinate system(1414). The system detects two or more markers through the Kalman filter(1421). The system calculates a vector of two markers in the virtual coordinate system(1423). The system calculates a rotating angle of feet of a user(1427). The system rotates a virtual model of feet in the virtual coordinate system. The system converts the rotated virtual model to the real coordinate system(1429).
