PURPOSE: A laparoscope and a stereo adapter for the laparoscope are provided to enabler a surgeon to operate a laparoscopic surgery in a wide area by installing a lighting unit like an LED in a housing.;CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) is extended in a longitudinal direction. A pair of lenses(12) are installed on both sides of the housing. A light receiver(30a) converts incident light through lenses into an electrical signal and generates image information corresponding to the converted electrical signal. A transmitter transmits the image information to a receiving device. A support unit is detachably attached to the housing. The housing is hinge-coupled with the support unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
