PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the break of wheels is provided to control the wheel torque rotating according to the surface of a road without an artificial controlling apparatus.;CONSTITUTION: A fixing part(100) is adjacently installed to a frame(10) with which a rotating wheel(11) is combined. The fixing part is composed of a fixing bar(110) and a fixing plate(120). The fixing bar is integrated with the fixing plate. A controlling part(200) is detachably combined with one side of the fixing plate and controls the rotation of the wheel according to the change of the gradient of a road(20).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
