PURPOSE: A relay system and relay method for an overseas patient and a domestic hospital are provided to attract more overseas patients to domestic hospitals by allowing overseas patients to conveniently pay hospital expenses for their medical services. CONSTITUTION: An account manager(140) manages on-the-spot oversea accounts to which overseas patients deposits balances. A hospital expense processor(130) receives the medical expenses charged from a domestic hospital to the overseas patients. The hospital expense processor request the payment of the medical expense from the account manager. A calculating unit(150) requests that the balances of the on-the-spot oversea accounts are paid to the overseas patients.
