摘要

PURPOSE: An integrated perforated pipe including an inner pipe having a low-friction layer and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to enhance productivity through continuous extrusion processes since right after a plurality of inner pipes are extruded, an outer pipe is formed.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a perforated pipe comprises first to third extruders(100,200) and first and second coolers(20,40). The first extruder extrudes the low-friction resin of a hopper and forms a low-friction layer on the inner surface of an inner pipe(1). The second extruder molds at least two inner pipes. A plurality of first dies of the second extruder spray the low-friction resin to the inner surface of the inner pipe through a plurality of discharging holes of an inner block. The first cooler cools the inner pipes, which are discharged from the first extruder. Second dies(38) of the third extruder mold an outer pipe(2), and second shaping dies(44) of the second cooler molds the outer pipe, which has been extruded through the second dies.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
