PURPOSE: A novel enantio-selective amidase which is specific to L-type amino acid amide and a gene encoding the same are provided to ensure remarkably high activity and thermal resistance.;CONSTITUTION: An enantio-selective amidase which enatio-selectively hydrolyses amide bond of L-type amino acid amide contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 6, or an amino acid sequence in which one or plural amino acid(s) is/are deleted, substituted, or added in the amino acid sequence of sequence number 6. An enantio-selective amidase DNA contains a base sequence encoding a protein with an enzyme activity of enantio-selective amidase. A vector in which the DNA is introduced is pFRPT of deposit number KCCM-10320. A recombinant microorganism transformed by the recombinant vector is deposited by number KCCM11021P.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
