Development of Amide Bond Formation of N-Methyl Amino Acids Using Micro-Flow Technology

Peptides have garnered much attention in recent years because they are important as drugs. However, conventional peptide production is high cost and wasteful. In order to solve these problems, we developed rapid amide bond formation using inexpensive, highly active, and less wasteful reagents (1st generation approach).
