PURPOSE: A scarfing apparatus for a slab edge is provided to reduce defects of a slab and improve production efficiency, since the upper edge of the slab is uniformly scarfed.;CONSTITUTION: A scarfing apparatus for a slab edge comprises a mounting unit(200), a transfer unit(300), and a scarfing assembly(500). A slab(S) is mounted in the mounting unit. The transfer unit transfers the mounted slab. The scarfing assembly sprays high pressure oxygen and gas to the slab edge(100) of the slab.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
