PURPOSE: A touch panel embedded liquid crystal display is provided to maximize an output signal difference between a blue light sensing sensor and another light sensing sensor by selectively sends the blue light in the blue light sensing sensor.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixel includes a first substrate(110) defined as a matrix. A second substrate(120) includes a first to a third color filter layer to have a sub pixel of the first to the third sub pixel about each pixel by facing the first substrate. A first light sensor(111) is formed on a first substrate by facing the first color sub pixel.
