摘要

Disclosed are a titanium-clad product and a production method and production device for the welding build-up of titanium. According to one embodiment, the titanium-clad product comprises a metal parent material consisting of one or more substances selected from steel, non-ferrous metals, carbon steel and alloys thereof, a copper intermediate material layer of either pure copper or a copper alloy formed directly on the metal parent material, and a titanium cladding of titanium which is directly joined on top of the copper intermediate material layer. For the titanium cladding, a titanium welding build-up process can be carried out in a welding build-up processing chamber constituting an inert gas atmosphere, after having additionally created an inert gas atmosphere at the welding build-up site of the welding build-up target object by using an inert gas discharge device. The inert gas discharge device is adapted such that an inert gas can be uniformly injected around the welding build-up site so as to prevent the oxygen in the atmosphere from coming into contact with the titanium.
