PURPOSE: A functional microorganism activating medium is provided to produce bacteriocin of high concentration and to prevent change of the taste, color, and flavor of a food product.;CONSTITUTION: A microorganism activating medium contains minimal medium, MnSO_4, glucose, alanine, glycine, or asparagine compound. The minimal medium contains K_2HPO_4, KH_2PO_4, MgSO_4.7H_20, C_6H_5Na_3O_7, (NH_4)_2SO_4, and distilled water. The activating medium contains: a minimal medium containing 0.5-5 weight% of K_2HPO_4, 0.1-5 weight% of KH_2PO_4, 0.1-5 weight% of MgSO_4.7H_20, 0.01-5 weight% of C_6H_5Na_3O_7, 0.01-1 weight% of (NH_4)_2SO_4, 79-99.28 weight% of distilled water.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
