PURPOSE: A hangover reducing composition containing the fermented liquid of phellinus linteus and curcuma longa is provided to improve the activity of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase and alcohol dehydrogenase. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of hangover reducing composition containing the fermented liquid of phellinus linteus and curcuma longa comprises the following steps: injecting the phellinus linteus into a culture medium containing 1.0~3.0%(w/v) sugar and 0.1~1%(w/v) of soybean powder, and cultivating; and adding 0.1~0.5%(w/v) curcuma longa into the culture medium after 36~60hours, and additionally fermenting for 65~80hours. The pH of the culture medium is 5~7.
