PURPOSE: A P-type semiconductor composition is provided to improve transmittance, conductivity, and linearity of a solar cell, and to lower surface resistance.;CONSTITUTION: A P-type semiconductor composition comprises ABO2, AB2O2, or AB2O4 compounds configured by CuO, Cu2O, Ag2O, SrO, B2O3, Al2O3, Ga2O3, In2O3, Ti2O3, Mn2O3, Y2O3, La2O3, Fe2O3, Cr2O3, Sb2O3, Sc2O3, Nd2O3, and Bi2O3, wherein A and B are metallic components. A transparent thin film transistor comprises a substrate(110), a semiconductor layer(130) formed on the substrate, a transparent N type oxide layer(150) formed on the semiconductor layer, and an N type electrode layer(160) formed on the transparent N type oxide layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
