A SIMPLE METHOD OF HIGH QUALITY SUN-DRIED SALT AND SUN-DRIED SALT PREPARED BY THE SAME METHOD

PURPOSE: A rapid producing method of high quality bay salt and the bay salt obtained by the method are provided to rapidly remove brine from the bay salt for reducing the time for processing the bay salt. CONSTITUTION: A rapid producing method of high quality bay salt comprises the following steps: humidifying bay salt at the humidity greater than 95% for 3~7hours at 15~20deg C; dehydrating the humidified bay salt by centrifugal separating; rapidly washing the dehydrated bay salt with salt water; secondly dehydrating the washed bay salt by centrifugal separating; and drying the dehydrated bay salt with hot air.
