PURPOSE: An extension supporter, and cable connecting material and cable connecting method using the same are provided to make the section of the extension supporter smaller than the inner diameter of a room temperature contraction tube, thereby easily inserting the room temperature contraction tube without damage even though the room temperature contraction tube is inserted into the extension supporter.;CONSTITUTION: A connecting material comprises an extension supporter and a room temperature contraction tube(110). The extension supporter is wound in a spiral shape. The diameter of one side of the extension supporter gets smaller.
