METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY AND DIRECTLY PUTTING A DRIVER IN TOUCH WITH AT LEAST ONE PERSON TO BE TRANSPORTED

The method involves determining whether a driver (CR) of a private motor vehicle (V) transports a person on a part of a known usual path with respect to contextual information. Determination is made whether the person is transported on a part of another known usual path with respect to the contextual information. A current path including a significant part of another current path is determined to relate the driver and the person respectively corresponding to communication equipments (T1, T2) i.e. mobile telephones, that are respectively carried by the driver and the person. An independent claim is also included for a system for automatically relating a driver of a motor vehicle and a person to be transported.
