PURPOSE: An off-axis sheet-processing apparatus and method thereof are provided to easily detect a defective supporting structure and to steadily maintain a transparent substrate.;CONSTITUTION: An off-axis sheet-processing apparatus includes a light source, an image apparatus(80), and a transparent-sheet supporting structure(30).
