PURPOSE: A reducer of a secondary electric-powered steering system is provided to reduce the rattle noise generated by the impact delivered from a road through a wheel and steering column.;CONSTITUTION: A reducer of a secondary electric-powered steering system comprises a worm axis(254) and a worm axis bearing(257). The worm axis has one or more grooves(305) on the outer circumference of the end part connected to a motor shaft. The worm axis bearing supports the rotation of the worm axis and pivoted in vertical and worm axis directions. The worm axis bearing is combined between a gear housing(260) and the outer circumference of the location where the groove of the worm axis is formed. A stop ring(315), for preventing the separation of the worm axis bearing, is combined between a stopper part and the outer side surface of the worm axis bearing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
