摘要

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to maximize the heat transfer surface area of heat exchange pipes and ensure facilitated manufacture because a radiator, an oil cooler, a condenser, and an auxiliary water tank are integrated.;CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(1) comprises a main body which is made of synthetic resin and divided into an upper body(8) and a lower body(9). The main body includes a radiator(2), an oil cooler(3), and a condenser(4). Heat exchange pipes(6) are inserted in coupling holes formed in a second body(8b) of the upper body and coupling holes formed in a first body(8a) of the lower body and fixed by fusion. The first body is fixed by fusion to the top of the second body. Heat-radiating fins(7) are assembled between the heat exchange pipes. The radiator, the oil cooler, and the condenser have respective top inlets that are connected to fluid passages(11) of the heat exchange pipes and bottom outlets.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
