摘要

A method is examined for intensification of heat emission in a heat exchanger by use of tubes with capillary-porous coatings. The high effectiveness of these coatings is explained by development of the heat-exchange surface and improvement in conditions of heat emission in the capillary channels during laminar movement of liquid. The data presented in this paper were obtained on an experimental unit serving as a prototype tube-in-tube heat exchanger. A capillary-porous coating was created by use of gas-thermal sputtering. Plots illustrating the effectiveness of the porous coatings in the regions of the temperatures, flow rates of water, and heater output investigated are constructed on the basis of the data obtained.
