PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nightglow mother of a pearl plate is provided to express beautiful lacquer ware by applying nightglow paints to an upper part of a pearl plate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nightglow mother of a pearl plate comprises the steps of: washing shells, arranging the shells on a release paper, applying an adhesive resin liquid to the upper part of the paper, and removing the release paper; preparing a thin film-shaped pearl plate(110); applying lacquer; preparing an adhesive layer(170), attaching the release paper(180), applying an adhesive; coating the surface of the pearl plate with nightglow paints in which colorless paints and adsorbents are mixed; printing pattern and drawing on the upper part of colorless nightglow paint to form a print layer(130); drying the print layer; and applying an adsorbent(140) to the print layer; and coating a curing resin with gloss to form a cured resin layer(150).
