Mother-of-pearl plate manufacturing method used by used mother-of-pearls

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a mother-of-pearl plate using waste pearl is provided to improve the utility of the waste pearl and obtain cheap mother-of-pearl plates. CONSTITUTION: Waste pearls are input to a crusher for forming pearl particles having regular size(S2). A selector selects the particles of predetermined size and the selected particles are collected at a container(S4). One of pigments is sprayed over the whole surface of a background paper(S6). The pearl particles are sprayed on the pigment before the pigment is dried so that the pearl particles are mixed with the pigment or sink in the pigment(S8). The pearl particles are combined with the pigment while drying the pigment(S10). The pearl particles are removed by blowing or turning over a base plate(S12). A surface material is painted on the pigment to make a surface smooth(S14).
