PREPARATION METHOD OF COPPER INDIUM DISULPHIDE THIN FILM FOR SOLAR CELL USING SPIN SPRAY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a CuInS2 thin film for a solar cell is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by using a spin spray method. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is cleaned. A deposition precursor solution is prepared by dissolving selected precursor among CuCl2, InCl3, and Na2S in water. The CuCl2 solution is sprayed on a substrate loaded on a spin coater. The InCl3 is sprayed on the substrate. The substrate is thermally treated.
