PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing cattle tuberculosis using intradermal diagnostic composition is provided to easily prepare a large amount of intradermal diagnostic composition and to ensure diagnosis accuracy.;CONSTITUTION: An intradermal diagnostic composition for testing cattle tuberculosis contains recombinant proteins of Esat6, HspX, PhoS, MPB70, MPB64, MPB83, Ag85, and SahH. A method for diagnosing tuberculosis of mammal except for human is performed using the intradermal diagnostic composition containing the recombinant proteins.
