TOOL HOLDER WITH AN ECCENTRICITY CONTROL UNIT TO SECURE COMPLETE CONTACT BETWEEN A KEY AND A KEY GROOVE WITHOUT AN EXTERNAL FORCE

PURPOSE: A tool holder with an eccentricity control unit is provided to secure the same coupling position in case of repetitive attachment/detachment of the tool holder to a disk.;CONSTITUTION: A tool holder includes an eccentricity control unit which comprises an eccentricity adjusting pin(11), a block(12), and a fastening bolt(14). The eccentricity adjusting pin has a head portion(11a) which is fitted to the block, a body portion(11b) which is located eccentric from the head portion, and a wrench groove(11c) which is formed on the section of the head portion. The block has a key(13) which is coupled to a key groove of a disk. The fastening bolt fixes the block to the tool holder. A part of the key of the block is cut so as to have elasticity when both sides of the key are coupled to the key groove.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
