PURPOSE: A tool holder of a machining center is provided to fix a machine center tool to the tool holder of the matching center without a separate fixing tool by installing a level in a tool clamp housing unit, thereby minimizing the time for fixing the machining center tool.;CONSTITUTION: A tool holder(20) of a machining center comprises a tool clamp housing unit(21), a pair of levers(25), a pair of pins(26), and a pair of springs(27). The tool clamp housing unit comprises tool insertion holes(23), lever guide grooves(24), a first pin insertion hole(21a), and spring insertion holes(21c). A machining center tool(10) is inserted into the tool insertion hole. The lever guide grooves are formed at facing positions of upper side walls. The first pin insertion hole horizontally penetrates through the upper side walls, thereby being connected to the lever guide grooves. The spring insertion holes perpendicularly penetrate through the upper side walls on the bottom surfaces of the lever guide grooves. The pair of levers is installed in the lever guide grooves to be rotatable and comprises a second pin insertion hole(25a). The springs are inserted into the spring insertion holes, thereby transmitting elastic returning the power to the lever.
