PURPOSE: A compressor for a gas turbine engine is provided to improve the performance of a gas turbine engine and compressor.;CONSTITUTION: A compressor for a gas turbine engine comprises a hub(2) and a casing(4). The hub comprises a plurality of blades(3) and a stall reduction flow channel(11). The casing comprises a plurality of vanes(5). The stall reduction flow channel discharges the stagnant air to back side and re-supplies. The stall reduction flow channel comprises an inlet hole(11a), a discharge hole(11b) and a passage(11c). The inlet hole is formed in the outlet side bottom part of the suction side of a blade. The discharge hole is formed in the inlet bottom part of the blade.
