PURPOSE: wireless the Internet communications system is provided in mobile application and service server to add a header data, including required setting value and each grouping. ;CONSTITUTION: Relay Server (102) issues authentication key in mobile terminal (100). Relay Server confirms service server (104) of the validity in received packet of authentication key. If non-grouping for requesting a service, Relay Server of the validity in the non-charging packet header of variable type of service server confirmation authentication key is received from mobile terminal.
