摘要

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce a compensation time by increasing the accuracy of compensating the deterioration deviation. ;CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting diode display and a driving method thereof, an organic light-emitting diode(OLED) comprises an anode electrode and a cathode electrode. The anode electrode is connected to a third node(N3). A cathode electrode is connected to a ground voltage source(GND). A driving TFT is connected between a high potential voltage source and the third node. A source follower TFT(SFT) comprises a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. A reference current is flowed from the source electrode to a drain electrode. The electric potential of the source electrode follows the electric potential of the gate electrode. The data line(14) and a third node are insulated from the source follower TFT. The anode voltage of the organic light-emitting diode is accurately sensed by using the source follower TFT.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
