ASSEMBLY JIG STRUCTURE OF A PAD FOR A STRIP COIL, WHICH CAN FACILITATE THE REPLACEMENT OF A COVER SHEET FROM AN UPPER PAD AND IMPROVE WORKABILITY

PURPOSE: An assembly jig structure of a pad for a strip coil is provided to improve workability by replacing and assembling a cover sheet of an upper pad.;CONSTITUTION: An assembly jig structure of a pad for a strip coil comprises a jig body(200), a containing part(250), and a stopper. The jig body is composed of a two sided part and a bottom part to have an open top structure. The jig body includes an upper pad(110) descending when pad equipment for clamping a strip coil is operated. The containing part is formed to have a groove in order to rotate a fixing clamp(115) of the upper pad on both side parts of the jig body. One or more through holes are formed on both side parts and the bottom part of the jig body. The stopper is arranged in the pad equipment and restricts the movement of the jig body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
