PURPOSE: A handstand exercise and multifunctional exercise device is provided to support handstand of a user and to enable a user to perform waist massage, iron rod exercise, and parallel bars exercise. CONSTITUTION: A handstand exercise and multifunctional exercise device comprises: a base portion(210) settled in the floor side; a frame portion(220) installed in the upper side of the base portion; an abdomen supporting portion(230) supporting the abdomen of a user; a shoulder supporting portion(240) supporting the handstand of the user; a waist massage portion(250) capable of performing waist massage; a foot supporting portion(260) supporting the feet of the user; a stage portion(270) which is slidably combined with one side of the base portion; a parallel bars exercise portion(280); and an iron rod exercise portion(290).
