The present invention relates to a smart lower extremity training complex exercise device with a digitally controlled active motion function for an exercise vulnerable group. More specifically, the present invention relates to a complex exercise device which provides a digital-based weight control function for weight exercise according to a user-specific profile, enables exercise suitable for a user, measures the user′s muscular strength, amount of exercise and weight (load) information of the weight exercise, creates a personalized exercise program thereby, and stores various information including an exercise program while managing the same.
