PURPOSE: An environment measuring sensor with a surface protecting film is provided to protect the top of an environment-measuring sensor chip from external environment and protect the membrane of the sensor chip from external physical shock. ;CONSTITUTION: An environment measuring sensor with a surface protecting film comprises a heating member(100), temperature sensors(110-1,110-2) and a top protecting film. The heating member is laminated on a substrate. The heating member emits heat. The temperature sensor is spaced from the heating member. The temperature sensor senses heat emitted from the heating member. The top protecting film blocks the heating member and the temperature sensor from becoming externally exposed. The number of the temperature sensors is at least n and is arranged around the heating member at intervals of 360°/n.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
