DESULFURIZATION OF COAL BY BIOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for desulfurizing coal by biological and physical methods is provided to simplify entire process and to improve process reactivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for desulfurizing coal comprises: a step of desulfurizing coal using microorganism as a biological method; a step of drying the coal; and a step of adding oil to the dried coal and stirring as a physical method. The microorganism is selected from Gordonia amicalis, Gordonia desulfuricans, and Gordonia alkanivorans. The oil is diesel, bunker fuel, waste cooking oil, water animal oil, and wood tar.
