摘要

PURPOSE: A method for preparing titania nanopowder for a dye-sensitized solar cell, a method for preparing a titania nano-dispersion solution, and a photo-catalyst are provided to normalize the distribution of particle sizes and increase crystallinity using an alcohol-based organic solvent with a low boiling point. CONSTITUTION: A titania precursor is added to an organic solvent with a low boiling point to obtain a mixture under an acid catalyst, a basic catalyst, or a neutral condition. The mixture is reacted under a pressure of 40-50kgf/cm^2. The organic solvent is an alcohol-based organic solvent. The added amount of the titania precursor is 0.1-10mol with respect to 10mol of the organic solvent. An ultrasonic wave-based process is further implemented with respect to the mixture.
