摘要

PURPOSE: A device for adjusting slope of a resonator of a laser welding device and a tuning method are provided to prevent drawbacks and welding failure of a laser generating unit by monitoring slope and air pressure of the laser generating unit. ;CONSTITUTION: Slope detectors(110,120) are fixed to the lower end of a laser generating unit and detect slope in real time. An air pressure detecting unit(130) detects air pressure supplied to an air damper in real time. A servo motor module(140) drives servo motors with control signals to adjust the slope. A converting unit(150) converts the analog signals of the air pressure detecting unit and the slope into digital signals. A central calculating unit(160) records and analyzes the slope and air pressure input from the converting unit and controls the servo motor module or generates an alarm signal and a message.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
