PURPOSE: Hydrogel is provided to ensure excellent adhesive force and fracture strength while exhibiting biocompatibility, absorptivity, and biodegradability and to secure gelation time. ;CONSTITUTION: Hydrogel comprises a cross-linking agent in which γ-polyglutamic acids and ε-polylysines are bonded in a medium of an amide bond, and further an amide coupling agent including water-soluble carbodiimides. The γ-polyglutamic acids are represented by chemical formula 1, wherein M is H, alkali metal or alkali earth metal; and n is 328-19,737. The ε-polylysine is polyamino acids represented by chemical formula 2 or acid addition salts thereof, wherein m is 23-38.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
