PURPOSE: A locking system of a bicycle rack and an unlocking method thereof are provided to keep a bicycle stably by re-checking identification when unlocking, to reduce power consumption by using solar light and to promote the safety of a user, and to promote convenience by having no necessity of carrying a key. ;CONSTITUTION: A locking system of a bicycle rack contains: a power supply device supplying power to a locking system and comprising a photovoltaic module(10), a diode(11), a power control unit(12) and a secondary battery; an RFID MCU(20) identifying an RFID card(21) with a specific RFID and extracting the RFID stored in the RFID card, and then storing; a pressure sensor(22) sensing the pressure of a bicycle placed in a bicycle rack, and then outputting to the RFID MCU; a tact switch(24) outputting an open signal with fingerprint recognition and waking up a sleep mode of the RFID MCU; a clasp(25) moving forward or backward by the forward and backward rotation of a motor to lock a front wheel of a bicycle; a luminous unit(26) composed of an LED of RGB to indicate the state of a locking system by the control of the RFID MCU; a motor(27) rotating forward or backward by the control of the RFID MCU to move the hook forward or backward; and a buzzer(28) outputting warning sound if the RFID is not identical when unlocking.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
