PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing metal nano-wire using DNA and a method for measuring the DNA are provided to arrange metal nano-wire on a desired electrode part using the DNA as a template. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing metal nano-wire includes the following: DNA is in connection between nano gap electrodes. Metal nano particle is reacted with the DNA. A metal enhancing solution is reacted. A method for measuring the DNA includes the following: Probe DNA is respectively fixed to both electrodes. Electrode parts which are non-reacted with the probe DNA are blocked. A linker DNA is hybridized with respect probe linker. A target DNA is hybridized. Metal nano particle charged with positive charges are reacted. The metal enhancing solution is reacted. The metal nano wire formed between the nano gap electrodes is electrically measured.
