Electrode parts which are non-reacted with the probe DNA are blocked. A linker DNA is hybridized with respect probe linker. A target DNA is hybridized. Metal nano particle charged with positive charges are reacted. The metal enhancing solution is reacted. The metal nano wire formed between the nano gap electrodes is electrically measured.
