PURPOSE: A null position measurement system and method for a control actuator are provided to implement displacement measurement using a displacement measuring sensor installed in a tooth bar connected to a control actuator spool and measure the maintenance of null position and smooth operation of the spool when a cylinder is stopped. ;CONSTITUTION: A null position measurement system for a control actuator comprises a mechanical servo cover(C), a connector rod(CR), and a signal processing unit. The mechanical servo cover is equipped with a displacement measuring sensor. The connector load mechanically connects the tooth bar of a control actuator to the displacement measuring sensor. The signal processing unit is electrically connected to the displacement measuring sensor and receives signals from the sensor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
