PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing titanate nano-tube carrying metal particles is provided to improve the photo catalytic characteristic by carrying the metal particles in the titanate nano-tube with an anatase crystalline. CONSTITUTION: Titanate nano-tube is obtained by reacting titanium dioxide with a strong alkaline aqueous solution(S1). The titanate nano-tube is reacted with a strong acid aqueous solution in order to obtain titanium dioxide-containing titanate nano-tube with an anatase crystalline(S2). The titanium dioxide-containing titanate nano-tube is dispersed in a metal precursor-containing aqueous solution. Ultraviolet ray is radiated(S3).
