PURPOSE: Ginseng granular tea and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the quality stability of the tea in a fixed granule state regardless of the temperature and the humidity.;CONSTITUTION: Ginseng granular tea is obtained by mixing 100parts of mixture by weight containing 5~15wt% of ginseng extract and 75~95wt% of lactose, 5~10parts of glucose by weight, and 5~10parts of binder by weight. The binder is arabic gum. The ginseng extract uses tissue cultured ginseng processed by steaming for 2~5hours at 70~100deg C, and drying for 1~5hours at 30~50deg C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
