PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for a vehicle comprising a water cooling type of a condenser and a water cooling type of a heat exchanger is provided to greatly enhance cooling efficiency since a water cooling type of a condenser and a water cooling type of a heat exchanger for heat-exchanging cooling water supplied from a low temperature of a radiator with refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system for a vehicle comprising a water cooling type of a condenser and a water cooling type of a heat exchanger comprises a low temperature of a radiator(210), an expansion unit(110), an evaporator(120), a compressor(130), a water cooling type of a heat exchanger(150). The radiator receives cooling water, heat-exchanges it with external air, cools and then discharges the cooling water. The expansion unit receives, throttles and discharges refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant throttled by the expansion unit. The compressor compresses the refrigerant evaporated by the evaporator.
