ACTUATOR INITIALIZATION METHOD FOR AUTOMATED MANUAL SPEED-CHANGE GEAR IN ORDER TO DETERMINE A GEAR POSITION ACCORDING TO SPEED-CHANGE GEAR MOVEMENTS

PURPOSE: An actuator initialization method for automated manual speed-change gear is provided to control a position of speed-change finger using a rotator position sensor of a motor, thereby enabling to setting a reference position.;CONSTITUTION: A speed-change finger is moved to one end of a select direction for an R gear. The speed-change finger is moved to the other end of the select direction. A coupling position for speed-change is determined for 5-6th gear, 3-4th gear, 1-2th gear, and R gear. The speed-change finger is moved to one end in a shift direction. The speed-change finger is moved to the other end in the shift direction(S302).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
