PURPOSE: A training system for researchers and developers using an open innovation platform is provided to remove foreign materials from a metal plate by coating a protective layer on a specific part of the metal plate through resin electrodeposition using resin liquid in which a urethane acrylate material and an electrolytic dissociation activation material are mixed.;CONSTITUTION: A training system for researchers and developers using an open innovation platform is as follows. Masking ink is spread on the rest part except for a specific part for forming protective coating in a metal plate. The metal plate with the masking ink is put into a protective coating forming device embedded with coating liquid and different electric poles are applied to the coating liquid and the metal plate, respectively so that a protective coating layer is formed in the masking ink removed part through resin electrodeposition. The metal plate is removed from the protective coating forming device and cleaned. The metal plate is heat-treated at 150°C for about 2 hours. The masking ink is removed from the metal plate using a thinning agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
